We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Project Estimates and Payment

All project estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request changes to the project scope.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

If you cancel a scheduled project, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and work already completed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance guidelines and use your deck as intended. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, weather events, or modifications made by others.

Property Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that could interfere with the project. You are responsible for protecting any personal property in or near the work area.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during construction, but we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping that was not properly marked or disclosed.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary building permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that your deck plans comply with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. Additional fees may apply for permit-related modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials provided by DeckScape League City Decks remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. You may not reproduce or share our designs without permission.
